Mechanical Engineer
Duties:   lead the integration of vehicle electronics onto the vehicle platform. Typical components could include rack systems, display mounts, and lighting mounting. You should be familiar with methods to isolate sensitive electronics from vibration, electronics cooling, and various types of mounts used in military tracked vehicles. You will have responsibility to update and release design changes using PTC CREO 4.0, and completing all related design change processes.
Specifically:
-Develop designs to meet provided requirements
-Incorporation of design revisions
-Participate in design and process reviews
-Support resolution of test incident reports
-Interface with senior members of integrated product team to status issues

Skills Required:  
-   BS in Mechanical Engineering and 2+ years of packaging components into a defined space claim
- Experience in selecting appropriate vibration isolation components
- Clear communication, written and verbal
- Able to be in and around military vehicles
- Understanding of and ability to apply GD&T to drawings
- Experience analyzing bolted joints
  2 years experience with PTC CREO 4.0 creating models and drawings

Experence preferred:
-  Familiar with military vehicles

Matt started with Contract Professionals, Inc. in November 2014. He began as a Technical Recruiter assigned to the automotive team. He worked hand in hand with account managers, to spearhead specific projects with CPI's clients. Driven to succeed, Matt achieved his goal(s) within the first year. He continued working on accounts and he learned the leadership process throughout his 4-year career at CPI.

When the opportunity presented itself, he was promoted to Account Manager of the automotive division. He navigates the challenges in this new role by utilizing the senior staff in the office.

Matt was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Environmental Studies at University of Michigan. Matt also received an Associate degree in Automotive Mechanics from a local community college.

Matt is thriving as a new Account Manager at CPI, and he looks forward to the challenges that await him in the workforce solutions industry.
