Job Description
We are hiring an Inspection Lead for one of our manufacturing clients. This is a hands-on role supporting electroplating quality, inspection standards, and process improvement within a production environment. This position does not include people management.
Direct Hire| Full-Time | 2nd or 3rd Shift | $20–28/hr
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot plating defects and support corrective actions

Perform basic chemical lab testing and solution checks
-
Train and support plating operators
-
Assist with inspection priorities and process improvements
-
Follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures
Requirements:
-
2+ years hands-on electroplating experience

Basic lab or solution control knowledge
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment

Strong communication and basic computer skills
Preferred:
-
Hull cell testing or plating process troubleshooting
-
Metal finishing or surface finishing experience

Exposure to ISO systems

Chemistry or engineering education is a plus
