Wixom, MI | Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $27–$30/hr
Schedule: 20–25 hours/week | approx. 8am–2pm Monday- Thursday
Our client is seeking a part-time Front Office Administrative Support professional to assist with daily office operations in a small office environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential to grow into additional responsibilities and potentially convert to full-time.
Key Responsibilities
•Customer service –order entry, order status, calls & emails
•Shipping –labels, packing slips, scheduling pickups
•Receiving/billing entries into QuickBooks
•Data entry & general administrative support
Qualifications
•Previous front office/administrative experience
•QuickBooks exposure preferred
•Strong communication and organizational skills
•Comfortable working onsite in Wixom, MI
