We’re hiring a PLC & Controls Technician for a well-established manufacturer in St. Marys, Ohio. This is a direct hire role focused on troubleshooting and maintaining automated equipment in a high-volume production setting.

Details:
Compensation: $35/hr, OT available.
Location: Auglaize County, OH
Shift: 7: 00pm-7: 00am; on a 3-2-2 schedule.

What You Bring:
   •Associate degree in a technical discipline (PLC, Electrical, Industrial Tech) or equivalent experience.
   •Strong hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLCs (hardware and software).
   •Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
   •Familiarity with manufacturing environments and troubleshooting automation equipment.
   •Comfortable using Microsoft Office;CAD experience is a plus.
   •Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
   •Self-motivated and reliable—able to work independently on off-shift.

What You’ll Do:
   •Troubleshoot, modify, and maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems and controls hardware.
   •Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance to solve equipment issues.
   •Lead or assist in automation-related capital and expense projects.
   •Maintain accurate PLC programs, schematics, and system documentation.
   •Recommend and implement solutions to recurring technical problems.
   •Support process improvements, tooling changes, and cost-reduction initiatives.
   •Provide occasional support for customer-related technical documentation or activities.

This is a direct hire position supporting U.S. Government projects. All applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
