Position Description:
Responsible for the Design and Release and Program Application work for Passive Safety Electronics system.
Skills Preferred:

Experience Required:
- 5+ years industry experience in automotive or equivalent field. - Strong understanding and application of engineering disciplines (engineering specifications, design validation, failure mode analysis, 8D, six sigma, etc.)
Experience Preferred:
Experience in safety systems Knowledgeable about safety targets, deployable devices and safety functionality CAD packaging experience and/or experience in CATIA and Team Center Operational knowledge of desktop productivity and CAD software thorough understanding of vehicle electrical systems and electrical design/development process. Familiar with CAN networking tools, diagnostic protocols, and trouble shooting
Education Required:
- BSEE required (or BSME or BS Aerospace or BS Control Systems)
Education Preferred:
- MSEE or advanced degree preferred
