Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Employment Type: Full-Time | Hours: 5: 00 AM –3: 30 PM, Monday –Thursday (3rd shift also available if preferred)

Pay Range: Up to $24 per hour

About the Role

You will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly in a fast-paced metal plating environment, with a schedule that typically includes four days a week and occasional Fridays.

Required Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work early morning shifts (5: 00 AM –3: 30 PM)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient operation
  • Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Document processes and report issues to supervisors as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with machinery operation or maintenance
  • Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of electroplating processes
  • Experience handling chemicals safely
