Product Engineer Body
This position will be modularity focused with integration support as needed. Modularity focus includes assess future programs to component strategies and elevate disconnects, and oversee integration of component requirements, part variants and interactions into centralized IT system. Will also require helping teams secure funding for future commodity development and update strategies as required. Integration support, as needed, will include managing program milestone deliverables for vehicle programs and tracking component / subsystem piece cost, tooling, ED&T, weight. Also, provide support for vehicle builds and sign offs and support resolution of manufacturing identified issues.
Good cross functional communication skills, ability to work on self-directed teams, familiarity with OEM systems a plus
rate will be commensurate with experience - entry level acceptable

More specifically, Jennifer's goal is to match the military veterans she represents with civilian employment opportunities. Her aim is to provide the military veterans with jobs where they can utilize the skills and experience they've gained in the military.
Jennifer is proud to be a part of the CPI team. She says that it’s easy to stay motivated because she comes to work each day, excited to work with transitioning military personnel and veterans from across the United States.
Jennifer was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Baker College in Michigan.
She enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time at her cottage in the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan.
