Job Description
Daily Tasks:
- Lead 3D wire routing and package CAD layout activity.
- Interface with Systems Engineering on logical and physical schematic development.
- Work with CAE Team to complete circuit CAE analysis.
- Utilize best design efficiencies for manufacturing, assembly, and failure mode avoidance practices.
- Create and maintain program specific foundation documents (Boundary Diagrams, DFMEA, etc).
- Lead manufacturing print development with Full-Service Supplier Partner, sign-off, and release.
- Create and maintain harness family complexity.
- Drive commonality of designs across multiple programs and platforms.
- Develop and maintain installation illustrations.
- Lead design version control.
- Complete Technical Design Reviews with Technical Leads.
- Manage component and harness APQP with STA Partners and on time part delivery.
- Review pre-production vehicles for potential campaign items and assess warranty impact.
- Participate in vehicle builds and lead resolution of issues (AIMS).
- Lead resolution of warranty (AWS) issues with PVT and Supplier.
- Lead EDS cost analysis and support reviews.
- Define harness to harness in-line connector pinouts and terminal sizing.
- Support definition of fuse size, wire size and type.
- Configure system power and ground.
- Assign and define circuit options.
- Lead electrical EDS compatibility reviews and sign-off wire harness prints.
- Lead signoff of EDS Design requirements and Design rule checks.
- Manage logical design data via Catia and Team Center Engineering.
Experience Required:
1+ years EDS.
Education Required:
BSEE or BSME.

She also facilitated timely closings, conducted complex negotiations, developed and executed marketing strategies, and managed budgets. Throughout her career, Crisi developed a reputation as an expert salesperson and master problem solver.
This is not Crisi’s first time at Contract Professionals, Inc. Crisi first joined the Contract Professionals, Inc. team in 1993. She was recruited by the management team to sit on the “Operations Action Team” in pursuit of ISO-9000.
Crisi holds BA in Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
