Job Description

Incumbent will manage different aspects of top hat and platform program deliverables including planning, program control and build phases for owned projects. They will develop roles/responsibilities for lead projects for team members. Candidate will ensure program deliverables are on track while working with cross functional teams to develop and execute recovery plans as required. You will also develop presentations to clearly communicate to management/team present status of deliverables, identification of issues and recovery plans.

  • Timing, Cost
  • Prototype Planning
  • Tooling Kick-Off process
  • Program Content/PDL
  • Integrator deliverables compliance
  • Complexity PAT
  • Appearance Approval Forums
  • Support the launch and prototype builds of upcoming Ford Performance vehicles at local assembly plants
  • Interface daily with other engineers, finance analysts, studio personnel, suppliers and management to ensure program deliverables are achieved and critical decisions are made efficiently.
Experience Required:
Familiarity with Ford PD systems and processes:
  • GPDS
  • WERS
  • FEDE
  • Global Integrator
Experience Preferred:
Experience in Design and Release highly desired
Education Required:
Undergraduate degree in Engineering preferred

A sports enthusiast himself, Terry coaches AAU All-Star Basketball. He is also the Head Coach of Grade School Tackle Football for Butler, PA.
