Job Description
Incumbent will drive activities to enable time-based transfer path analysis, perform transient response analysis to assess the response to torsional transients, develop time-based signals for sound and vibration from analytical models and help to improve the process of information sharing between organizations to support timely studies. You will work across the Ford organization. Your solutions will empower variety of Ford teams to optimize their work.
You will be required to spend some time in Dearborn, MI to support physical testing and simulator evaluations, but remote work is embraced and fully supported when possible. Hands-on experience is prioritized.
Skills Preferred:
- Background in automotive systems, in particular propulsion systems or noise and vibration development.
- Experience in developing or using analytical methods to improve vehicle noise and vibration performance.
- Hands-on experience with performing and correlating objective and subjective vehicle evaluations.
- Self-starter who has confirmed experience delivering innovative solutions to engineering problems.
Experience Preferred:
2+ years in noise and vibration-related positions
Education Required:
BS in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering with coursework in dynamics, mechanical vibrations, and acoustics
Education Preferred:
MS or PhD with acoustic or vibration focus preferred.

Crisi holds BA in Business Administration from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
