Engine Composite Covers and Sealing Design and Release
Engineering Design and Release of Sealing Engineer for Gas/Diesel Engine applications. Responsibilities include completing the following deliverables in support of Program Timing: provide cost efficient and quality parts on time, ownership and governance of component specific robustness quality documentations (DFMEA, DVP&R, SCAAF, SDS, E2KS etc.), Support program timeline for various build phases, Lead Team of four (assist prepare quote packages, target setting, SOBA etc.) Lead CPMT meetings with internal and external customers. Maintain CPMT five panel charts for status report outs of engine program deliverables (Quality/Timing/Function/Weight/Cost) in the EPMTs Provide component design direction, complete analytical and physical DV testing to support component design freeze. Engine Program Data Judgement events, build events. Required DV testing consisting of FEA analysis, fatigue analysis, thermal stress analysis, component/subsystem bench testing, Dyno and vehicle testing in support of DV sign off Procure prototype hardware in support of physical validation testing Provide Current Model quality and TVM representation for the program as required to deliver roadmap objectives throughout the program life cycle

Jennifer is proud to be a part of the CPI team. She says that it’s easy to stay motivated because she comes to work each day, excited to work with transitioning military personnel and veterans from across the United States.
Jennifer was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Baker College in Michigan.
She enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time at her cottage in the northern part of the lower peninsula of Michigan.
