Position Description:
Engine Front End Accessory Drive Engineer
" Front End Accessory Drive (FEAD) Design Engineer is responsible for the FEAD subsystem product " Design/development and release of Tensioners, Belts, Pulleys and Bracketry. " Managing project timing, Engineering Statements of Work, drawing releases, Supplier agreement documentation along with creating component specific DFMEA. " DVP&R, and Quality foundation documents to support part delivery and testing for each engine program milestone. " Apply analytical APFEAD/SIM Drive tools. " Creation and report out of status to program deliverables (quality, timing, function, weight and cost) " Assist work plan formulation and implementation of supplier Process and Design changes " Lead issue resolutions for field warranty and quality items " Responsible for continuous improvement relative to variable cost, weight and warranty on current and future models " Lead cross functional teams
Experience Required:
2 years Component Design and Release Experience
Education Required:
BSE
Education Preferred:
