Product Engineer Powertrain
• Design, release and development of the Exhaust sub-systems. • Lead CPMT meetings for identifying team program issues/concerns and development of work plans in response to those issues. • Manage supplier interface in the development of new vehicle component designs, supplier DVP testing, ED&T, CAE, CFD, and FEA analysis. • Ensure that all responsible components meet applicable system requirements and program objectives. • Sign-off of the performance of components and systems relative to technical objectives (DVP&R, quality, weight, function, cost, timing and regulatory/FMVSS) that supports GPDS milestones. • Support vehicle launches as required.
Proficient in WERS, eFDVS, digital buck, AIMS and AVBOM
Bachelor of Science in Engineering required • Design & Release experience preferred • Recognized for strong leadership performance, team building, and problem solving expertise. • Good communication skills with self motivation and high energy level required • Some positions may include international to travel.
