Salary: $110- 120k +10% Annual bonus + Car allowance

Our client, an industry leader in closures hardware systems, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join their Product Development team. As a Senior Global Program Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of FORD projects, ensuring successful outcomes in terms of timing, financial targets, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in global program management, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Strong project management skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in/with FORD projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and customer-specific software programs and systems.
- Knowledge and training in ISO 14001 and TS 16949 standards.
- Ability to navigate and utilize customer-specific software programs and systems.
- ISO 14001 and TS 16949 current level training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with program documentation and reporting.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage FORD projects, guiding the team to achieve timing, financial, and customer targets.
- Globally coordinate and supervise existing and new FORD projects, including change management.
- Act as the liaison between client's FORD Program Managers and Ford as needed.
- Generate and maintain program documentation, including plans, issue sheets, customer tracking, Q.C.W.F., and timing plans.
- Communicate program information to all departments and address customer needs.
- Direct the preparation of a robust program plan aligned with customer vehicle program timing.
- Execute second-tier supplier control in line with client's program objectives.
- Consult with management, review proposals, and define program goals, time frame, funding, procedures, staffing, and resources.
- Develop program plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, and resource allocation.
- Formulate and define the technical scope and objectives of the program.
- Identify and schedule program deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to program personnel.
- Coordinate activities to ensure the program progresses on schedule and within budget.
- Establish standards and procedures for program reporting and documentation.
- Review status reports and adjust schedules and plans as required.
- Prepare program status reports for management, customers, and suppliers.
- Confer with program personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
- Coordinate responses to requests for changes from original specifications.
- Monitor program results against technical specifications.
Compensation:
- Salary 100-120K + 10% annual bonus + Car allowance $7800 annually ($650 per month in taxable income)
