Project Database Coordinator

Coordinate efforts to meet program expectations and work to an Engineering Release Plan.
Plan, estimate Client, schedule, track, status and implement Design Services' activities.
Manage multiple program schedules and releases through the implementation of the ERP schedule.
Attend kick-off meetings for new projects/programs representing Design Services.
Evaluate the scope of work and functional detailed Client estimates.
Develop, maintain and improve quality metrics to measure the department deliverables.
Assist in the development of new strategies concerning current design methods to improve efficiencies, reduce the hours per drawing (HPD)
Support the WSBM teaming process initiative.
Develop process improvements within the TeamCenter environment to enhance departmental objectives.
Bachelor' s degree in a Technical discipline with 10-14 years of applicable experience. Computer Science and Engineering is preferred.
Must be able to create and maintain databases to improve tracking of drawings in the department.
Must be able to produce presentations and present them to upper management.
Must be willing and able to work in a Team based environment.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, SQL and Visual Basic (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word, etc.) and Adobe. Must be familiar with Creo, NX, VisMock-Up and Teamcenter.
Metrics development and reporting experience is essential. Ability to work overtime is required when needed.
Must be able to obtain a security clearance
