Job Description


We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) for a client in the technical services industry. This role involves managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring orders meet quality objectives, stay on schedule, and adhere to budget. The PMO will oversee activities, monitor costs, and coordinate resources to guarantee optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role also requires identifying risks and managing supplier relationships.

Overview:
Direct Hire- Hyrbrid Schedule- $120K+bonus/benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of assigned orders, ensuring compliance with timing, quality, and cost.
  • Identify risks early and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Optimize resource allocation and manage local suppliers to meet project objectives.
  • Manage invoicing, purchase orders, and ensure timely customer payments.
  • Continuously identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate team performance and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Organize team structures, address technical issues, and ensure project quality meets KPIs and Service Level Agreements.
  • Prepare progress and evaluation reports.
  • Monitor resource utilization and resolve technical challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred: Experience in technical writing or content creation, particularly in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the documentation process.
  • Experience in project management, operations management, or account management, ideally within the automotive or technical services industry.
  • Strong skills in managing deliverables, customer relations, and supplier management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Technical understanding of automotive or heavy equipment industries is a strong plus.
  • Skills in managing budgets and resource allocation specific to content creation projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive), Technical Communication, English, or Communications.
Extensive experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
