About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Control Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will manage warehouse storage operations, maintain accurate property records, and ensure accountability of materials and equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse storage and maintain accurate property accountability records
- Track, inventory, and control materials, equipment, and assets
- Ensure compliance with property control procedures and applicable regulations
- Perform data entry and maintain documentation within property management systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to support inventory accuracy and operational needs
- Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, property control, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting government or defense contracts
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and audit processes
