Job Description

Applicant will be responsible for the development and quality assurance of provisioning data. Provisioning data includes Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), parts screening, and provisioned parts list.

Daily Tasks:
  • Review the LMP data staging area files against the Client' s TDP
  • Review technical data to verify the database matches the current configuration delivered
  • Review Provisioning LSA-036 submittals prior to delivery to Government
  • Verify the Provisioning data elements are in compliance with the Logistics Modernization Program
  • Analyze reports and coordinate with Government and Client to identify and resolve data discrepancies

Skills Required:
  • Must have excellent customer rapport and ability to work with very demanding customer.
  • Must be able to meet quality standards as set forth by the department manager.
  • Must self-edit all developed information. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
  • Must be familiar with Adobe Professional.
  • Must be familiar with all Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must be able to interpret illustrated parts breakdown figures to support the operation, maintenance and repair of tracked and wheeled military vehicles.
  • Must be able to coordinate with Government and vendors on user level functional concerns.
  • Must be able to work closely with Quality Assurance, Validation/Verification and the Government to resolve technical issues.
  • Must be able to prepare reports and presentations from various data sources in support of company and Government reviews.
  • Must be able to analyze reports and coordinate with Government, Client and vendor personnel to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Working knowledge and logistics experience with systems, subsystems, and components associated with heavy and/or medium mobile system operation and maintenance preferred.
  • Familiarity with US. Army logistics support structure, policies and procedures. Understanding of ECP/CR/ERR process a plus.
  • Familiar with relational table databases such as SlicWave, Powerlog-J a plus.
  • Familiar with Repair Parts & Special Tools List (RPSTL) a plus.
  • Familiar with IETM viewers such as EMS2, EMS NG, IADS a plus.
  • Familiar with automotive or military maintenance/service tasks and how they relate to provisioning a plus.
  • Experience with LSA-36 reports in either MIL-STD 1388-2B or GEIA-0007 format a plus.
