Process Coordinator/Estimator
Location: Franklin, OH
Compensation: $50, 000-$65, 000 
This is a direct hire opportunity on first shift. 


Position Overview:
This role will involve the processing of jobs from inception to completion, interfacing with shop personnel and supervisors, and providing estimations for customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Thermal spray experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive jobs from order entry and create routers/travelers to guide shop operations.
  • Provide accurate estimations for customer inquiries, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
  • Work closely with shop supervisors and technicians to ensure smooth job processing and timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers as needed, providing updates on job status and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the quality department to ensure that jobs meet required standards and specifications as well as develop / review Tech plans.
  • Embrace a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, adapting to the needs of the team and the business.
  • Review new or existing procedures as needed to ensure customer / industry standards are being met.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in job coordination, estimation, or related fields in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand part drawings including geometric dimensioning of simple and complex parts.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and job processing workflows is a plus.
  • Thermal spray experience is desirable but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
