Job Description
We are seeking a motivated professional to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent, ensuring our company remains competitive in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to refine recruitment processes.
- Analyze and enhance the effectiveness of current recruiting plans.
- Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Leverage multi-channel recruitment approaches and build robust talent networks.
- Identify and track key recruiting KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and employment regulations.
- Provide weekly progress reports on recruitment activities.
- 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or HR roles.
- Strong interest in HR and innovative Talent Acquisition techniques.
- Proficient in scanning and analyzing large volumes of resumes.
- Experience in Employer Branding and basic marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with HR tools like ATS and HRIS;experience with JobDiva is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
