SR HR Generalist

Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $90, 000 –$110, 000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a key onsite position supporting leadership and staff while ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and HR policy administration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee benefits administration, leaves of absence, and HR compliance.
- Partner with managers to address workforce planning and development needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience;manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $90, 000 –$110, 000 (based on experience)
