Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java/React)
Location: Dedham, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hours: 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
Pay Range: Competitive, based on experience

About the Role
You will join a cross-functional team developing mission-critical Cybersecurity Manager applications, working at the forefront of software development. This role offers the chance to contribute to advanced systems that have a direct impact on national security while growing your technical expertise in Java, React, and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using Java, Enterprise Java, and React
- Apply software engineering principles to design, implement, and test complex systems
- Work with databases such as SQL and PostgreSQL to support application functionality
- Utilize frameworks like Hibernate and Spring to enhance application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, schedule, and deliverables
- Incorporate security principles into application code development
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance as needed
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field (Master’s + 3 years experience accepted)
- 5+ years of software development experience (or 3+ years with Master’s degree)
- Proficiency in Java, Enterprise Java, and React
- Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, Hibernate, and Spring toolkit
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Wildfly Application Server, REST APIs, RESTCONF interfaces, and Material UI
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure, digital certificates, and SNMP
- Passion for designing complex systems and taking initiative on projects
