Position Overview
Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level IT projects from initiation through delivery. This role focuses on cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and successful execution of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery)
- Manage multiple large-scale IT projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 7–10+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years in a senior/leadership role
Key Skills
- Project methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
- Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet (or similar)
- Strong stakeholder and customer management
- Risk management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting IT projects in manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with change management practices
