Job Description

Incumbent will work as a Web Portal Manager to manage/add content as per requirements. They will coordinate and collect information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple teams through effective use of SharePoint, Shared Drive,  Outlook and other system tools to update Web Portal ensuring integrity across all systems and processes.
 
Applicant will also collaborate with management and SMEs to identify the appropriate content and add that to Web Portal to democratize knowledge throughout the organization as well as coordinate efforts to sync portal data/information with the sources of data/information. You will work as a SharePoint site administrator to support upgrades and to enable secured access to confidential information in SharePoint sites
 
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing/updating Web Portals, Microsoft Windows operating systems, as well as Office 365 tools, Scripts
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator, SharePoint tools, including Logs, workflows and SharePoint forms for tasks management

Education Required:
Bachelor' s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Similar.
