Ready to join a top company in high-performance thermal spray coatings? We seek a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage material flow at our client's state-of-the-art facility. With FAA Repair Station and NADCAP accreditation, our client ensures top-quality services and seeks a candidate to maintain these high standards.

Location: Franklin, Ohio
Shift: 6: 30am-3: 00pm
Compensation: Direct Hire role with benefits. Up to $21/ hr based on experience. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and document all incoming materials.
  • Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards.
  • Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels.
  • Address and resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations and NADCAP standards is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
