Sr Reliability Engineer
Job Description
- Provide Reliability and Maintainability engineering services to Engineering, Development & Technology,
- Employ reliability engineering analysis tools, techniques and processes used by ED&T including system level R&M requirements and allocations, reliability block diagrams (RBD), failure modes effects analysis (FMEA), fault tree analysis (FTA) and field failure analysis to support new vehicle and modifications to existing vehicle designs.
- Monitor and recommend opportunities for quality improvements of the reliability engineering analyses,
- Proactively work with design engineering to ensure R&M issues are raised and addressed during the design phase,
- Support design engineering in the development of qualification tests,
- Involvement in special projects that require R&M Subject Matter Expert support,
Qualifications Sought
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience.
- Understanding and experience using reliability analysis (e.G FMEA/FMECA, RBD, FTA, MIL-HDBK-217 Predictions)
- Knowledge and/or experience in the application of relevant military standards, military equipment usage and doctrine
- Previous Military Experience
- Experience with use of Reliability techniques and software tools (SLICWave, Reliasoft Blocksim/Lambda Predict, MADe, RELEX, etc.)
- Advanced University Degree.

Terry was conferred a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University in 2003.
Terry is happily married to Jennifer Walton. Together they have three boys: Houston 15, Phoenix 11, and Kingston 8. All their children play school and travel basketball, baseball, and football. A sports enthusiast himself, Terry coaches AAU All-Star Basketball. He is also the Head Coach of Grade School Tackle Football for Butler, PA.
