CPI has an immediate opening for a Sr. Coating Operator for our client' s Bloomington, MN facility. This assignment is a U.S. Government Contract. U.S. Citizenship is required. No third-party applicants will be considered.
 
Duties and Tasks:
  • Perform multiple coating operations which include masking, spraying, and touch-up
  • Experience working under a microscope
  • Proficient use of on-line work instruction
  • Ability to enter completion data in an MRP System
  • Experience operating spray machine/equipment
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience working under a microscope
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to interpret basic work instruction
  • Ability to exhibit adaptability/flexibility
 
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience with multiple coating processes including Prep, Masking, Spray, Touch-up, Underfill, and inspection
 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of relevant experience. All education requirements will be verified in order for the incumbent to start this opportunity.
 
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the work performed within our client' s facility, U.S. Citizenship is required.
