Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Influence: Exercise authority over cyber-related tasks, ensuring an integrated and compliant cyber design across vehicle systems.
- Innovative Cyber Solutions: Manage and develop platform cyber-physical design best practices and promote a cyber-secure culture within the engineering enterprise.
- System Design Mastery: Develop and manage system requirements, including Performance, Space, Weight, Power-Cooling, Reliability, and Maintenance (SWaP-CRaM), while collaborating with a cross-functional team of experts.
- Impactful Decision-Making: Conduct trade studies to make balanced decisions on space, power, cost, reliability, and performance, ensuring the best system and subsystem designs.
- Integration Expertise: Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts across production, development, and test phases.
- Hands-On Involvement: Oversee testing, production, and field verification processes to ensure successful system integration.
- Cutting-Edge Technology Evaluation: Stay on the leading edge by evaluating and integrating new Cyber and C5ISR technologies.
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with the latest advancements in Cyber Warfare and C5ISR, embedded systems, and military vehicle integration.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of engineering experience, with a focus on Cyber, C5ISR, or military vehicle development.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and projects.
- Experience in developing and managing system-level cyber requirements.
- Familiarity with cyber warfare principles and embedded systems.
- Must be eligible for a U.S. Security clearance.

Terry Walton was brought into Contract Professionals, Inc. to act as highly specialized and experienced technical recruiter, with a focus on engineering and informational technology. Known industry wide for his ability to cultivate and recruit best in class candidates, Terry was named the number one recruiter (out of 45 recruiters) with his previous employer, for more than six consecutive years. He was also a member of the Chairman’s Club from 2017-2019.
Passionate about mentoring others, Terry also has extensive experience training new recruiters to navigate the entire recruitment life cycle; providing novice recruiters with the education, skills, and tools necessary to become successful staffing specialists.
Terry was conferred a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc), Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University in 2003.
Terry is happily married to Jennifer Walton. Together they have three boys: Houston 15, Phoenix 11, and Kingston 8. All their children play school and travel basketball, baseball, and football. A sports enthusiast himself, Terry coaches AAU All-Star Basketball. He is also the Head Coach of Grade School Tackle Football for Butler, PA.
