Staff Quality Compliance Engineer

In this pivotal position, you will drive ISO compliance, establish QMS infrastructure, and uphold the highest standards of quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the establishment and maintenance of ISO 9001/AS9100 compliant QMS infrastructure, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as an in-house consultant, addressing ISO 9001/AS9100 queries and providing refresher training as needed.
• Develop strategic action plans to rectify non-conformances, meticulously monitoring progress to ensure sustained compliance.
• Skillfully coordinate third-party audits, manage financial aspects, and effectively handle vendor interactions.
• Play a pivotal role in internal audits, carefully scheduling multi-year audits to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Provide essential support for Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program audits when required.
• Lead impactful Management Review meetings in alignment with industry standards.
Qualifications:
• A strong grounding in ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance is essential for this role.
• Preferred qualifications: Accredited training certifications, experience driving ISO initiatives, and expertise in AS9101 auditing.
• Proficiency in both autonomous and collaborative work, showcasing your versatility.
• Exceptional communication skills and adeptness with computer systems.
• Willingness to occasionally put in extra effort to uphold our uncompromising quality standards.
