You'll manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & maintain Windows systems
- Network administration (LAN/WAN, security)
- User support & training
- Troubleshoot & resolve system issues
- Implement & maintain security measures
- Backup & recovery planning
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems & Networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services (Entra, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell)
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft)
