Systems Engineer –Regional Strike Programs
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Pay: Up to $44.74/hour
Clearance: Active Secret Required | U.S. Citizenship Required
Work Type: Onsite (Hybrid Flexibility)
Overview:
Seeking a Systems Engineer to support Regional Strike Programs, contributing to the development of integrated hardware and software systems. This role offers exposure to test & integration, requirements, MBSE, and system design in a defense environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support system integration, verification, and validation (V&V)
- Assist with requirements development and management
- Contribute to MBSE modeling and system simulations
- Support hardware/system design and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Utilize AI tools to enhance engineering workflows (requirements, testing, analysis)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
- 2+ years of experience (or Master’s + 6 months)
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles and lifecycle
- Exposure to requirements management or system modeling tools
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred:
- Experience with MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, etc.)
- Exposure to defense or complex system programs
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Interest in AI-enabled engineering tools and workflows
