Challenging position for a proven talent acquisition professional to apply and expand their strategic talent acquisition skills in support of a significant growth agenda for key programs.
Leverage analytics to make recommendations for sourcing strategy to create talent pipelines for IT, engineering, as well as non-technical positions;
Responsible for the planning, recruiting, assessment, selection and on-boarding activities to fulfill talent needs;
Foster Diversity and Inclusion through Talent Acquisition Process;
Supports division-wide talent acquisition and development initiatives;
Supports regulatory/policy compliance and reporting;
Utilizes Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking System databases, and computerized business systems, etc. To manage data integrity and effectively execute HR processes and services;
Leads, participates, or contributes to standing teams, special project teams, cross functional work groups, and business stakeholders presentations
Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Human Relations, or related discipline is required. ASA Certified Staffing Professional or similar recruiting certification preferred.
Five or more years of experience preferred, with a particular emphasis on effective talent acquisition accomplishments and technical staffing experience.
Experience with IT recruitment preffered.
Strong analytical, quantitative, research, evaluation, planning, problem solving and decision making skills required.
High degree of Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
Must be a US person and/or possess the requirements to work in the US.
Must have effective facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be proficient with PC applications to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience with PeopleFluent recruiting and reporting is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work in a teaming environment
