Team Center Support Administrator

Job Description
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Team Center Support Administrator to join our Sterling Heights, MI office. This role focuses on designing, developing, and managing the Team Center PLM system to support business solutions, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Team Center applications and processes, including Active Workspace and BMIDE tools.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Manage Multi-CAD and Non-CAD object integrations.
- Collaborate on ERP integrations and workflow designs.
- Monitor application performance and optimize database operations.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures, best practices, and training materials.
- Ensure system security and compliance with architecture standards.
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in PLM system development and support, particularly Siemens Team Center.
- Experience with large PLM deployments and global teams.
- Familiarity with U.S. DoD requirements and vehicle development processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility for SECRET U.S. Defense clearance.
- Desired:
- Scripting skills (batch, VB, SQL, PowerShell).
- Database administration experience.
- German language skills.
- Salary: $115, 000–$138, 000.
