Technical Lead IV

Technical Lead will be responsible for technical compliance on security and development standards for the Digital Production Team. This includes providing guidance on technology and development standards of Client to the Service Providers that develop the digital projects. An expertise in Site Core Content Management solution is required since this is the primary CMS used in Corporation.
Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the development standards and best practices, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensures quality metrics are met Work closely with the Digital Producers and/or client at the design stage to determine the objective of the digital projects. Oversee the technical design and development of the digital projects using Site Core CMS. Provide consulting and technical guidance to the Digital Production Team including Service Provider on technology and development standards. Prepare technical and other documents related the digital solution as required. Perform technical onboarding of the new employees or Agencies as required. Share new tools and technology standards with the Digital Production Team and Service Provider. Proactively share technical learning with the Digital Production Team and Service Provider.
A college degree and 5+ years of business experience or an advanced degree in a relevant area.
Strong programming skill in ASP. Net (C# or VB. Net), WAP, Web services. Knowledge in REST architecture and Mobile architecture. Experience in the development of digital solutions (consumer websites, web applications, mobile sites etc. ). Expertise on Site Core Content Management System with knowledge .Net customization Database. Microsoft SQL Server. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash.

John started his career in talent acquisition in 1998 in Boston, Massachusetts. For the past 20 years, John has worked with clients throughout the U.S. providing contingent and permanent staffing solutions in the areas of engineering, information technology and government/defense related positions.
John works directly with hiring managers and corporate recruiters to understand their staffing goals and future needs, in order to support their hiring initiatives.
