Electrical/Electronic Technician
Minneapolis, MN


Seeking an experienced electrical/electronic technician to work in its Electrical Lab. This position will support the fabrication of Micro & Nano electronic products and support equipment, including assembly, test, inspection, troubleshooting, rework, and repair.
Required Skills
  • Proficient use of electronic test equipment, electrical assembly tools, and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and sketches.
  • Precision and fine motor skills required for micro/nano scale fabrication, assembly, and test with near zero defects.
  • High degree of mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of J-STD-001 requirements.
  • Conduct tests using electronics test equipment (e.G., scopes, meters) and generate test report data.
  • Able to work as part of a group or team.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to communicate feedback to the team to support design, fabrication, and test improvements.
  • Cirris and/or Automated Test Equipment operator experience.
  • Troubleshooting of electronic and electrical systems.
  • Trained and proficient in manufacturing & quality requirements of IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3, IPC-610 Class 3, and J-STD-001 or have knowledge of these requirements.
Work Experience Required
2-year technical degree or a minimum of 2 years as a technician performing related tasks, either in a production or prototype environment.
US Citizenship Requirement
This assignment is a US Government Contract which requires all applicants to be US Citizens.
