Job Description
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of logistics/warehousing experience for military wheeled or tracked vehicles.
- 5-7 years of USG Developmental/Operational test experience or a combination of military and USG Test experience.
- Secret security clearance (or NACI) required upon hire.
- Forklift license up to 5k preferred (training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Approximately 10% travel may be required.
- Manage System Support Package (SSP) onsite for physical security and inventory control.
- Conduct monthly inventory accuracy checks and document inbound and outbound shipments daily.
- Pull and deliver repair/replacement hardware to APG maintenance facilities for Test Vehicle Repair.
- Perform shipping of SSP stock and failed hardware for all Test Sites, supporting Failure Analysis (FA) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
- Identify, properly package, and ship Hazardous Material/Dangerous Goods following Federal Regulations.
- Receive SSP stock hardware from various sources in support of vehicle repairs and restocking.
- Disposition and dispose of obsolete material as directed by Configuration Management and reference Team Center, Service Bulletins, Service Directives, and Equipment Change Orders.
- Assemble fly-away packs of SSP hardware and Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE) for Remote Test Sites.
- Document failed parts via Data Management Information System (DMIS) in support of Failure Analysis Corrective Action Reports (FACAR) and RCCA.
- Provide support for GDLS and USG/DCMA audits of SSP inventory.
